I keep finding new lighthouses in Nova Scotia for my book. I wasn't sure if I was allowed on the property or not, it was a private road but I was there at 5:40am and just got the pictures and left.
Located on the Washabuck Peninsula, entrance to Maskell's Harbour in Bras d’Or Lake.
The first lighthouse was established here in 1895 and was replaced by this light.
Began and Lit: 1984
Tower Height: 11.3 meters (37ft)
Light Height: 22.6 meters (74ft) above water level
Light is not operational
