Description:
A small section of a larger PCB that malfunctioned and was replaced in our Toyota Higlander. In the center dash it had controls for the AC, heater, and radio. All of our electronics have one or more PCBs in them. The lines are flat copper wires and are embedded in non conductive materials. Electronic components (transistors, capacitors, resistors, etc are connected by these wires and are soldered to the wires to connect them and to attach them to the boards. An example of a solder joint is the shiny dot above R22. This can all be done by robots. There is lots o debris on this PCB. HMM
