Description:
An incredible place that is an UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the 17th century the Falun copper mine accounted for 70% of the world production of copper. The large wooden goat depicts the legend of how the large copper resource was found. A goat herder was looking for his goat when he noticed how its horns were covered on deep red clay. The mine was once fully underground until some lower shafts collapsed eventually creating a hole a few hundred feet deep. Used in EyeFlare's piece Falun Copper Mine.
